All sessions are 55 minutes. Sessions will end promptly as scheduled.
Regardless of arrival time, sessions will end at scheduled time.
For all sessions, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hours advance notice for cancelled appointments. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session or one pre-purchased session.
Session packages expire 6 months after activation. Special promotions and packages may have unique expiration dates. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We accept cash and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express).
To book a session, we require a valid credit card on file with Ridge Pilates.

The Agreement of Release & Waiver of Liability must be filled out completely and signed prior to a client’s initial training session with Ridge Pilates.
To protect our equipment, please refrain from wearing clothing with zippers.
Please park at the end of the driveway near the Ridge Pilates entrance. Please do not park on the street in front of Ridge Pilates.
Ridge Pilates reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
